What is your return policy?

Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be in the same condition as received, with tags and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Contact us at info@furboom.com to initiate a return. Damaged or defective items should be reported immediately. Certain items, such as perishable goods and personalised items, cannot be returned. Final sale items are also non-returnable. Exchanges can be made by returning the item and making a separate purchase.

European Union customers have a 14-day cooling off period. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Once you opt in our subscription plan, you will receive an email about the plan in detail. You can pause or cancel your subscription through the link on your email. If you cannot find the link, please contact us through "Contact Uspage or email to info@furboom.com. We will response within 48 hours.

What if I want to modify or cancel my order?

If you changed your mind, you can always contact us within 24 hours after you ordered. We will try to help you.

📅 Next-Day Attempts: If we're unable to reach you after three calls, don't worry – we'll make another attempt the next day to ensure you receive your order.

What can I do if the products has discount after I bought?

FurBoom has the price adjustment policy for all the products. When you bought a product from FurBoom and within 14 days, we start doing the discounted price, you can contact us and we will refund the price difference between your price and the discount price. We want to make sure all the customer has the best experience from FurBoom.
